By accessing and using the services provided by SticPic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or purchase from SticPic. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
SticPic provides an online service that allows users to upload photos and transform them into 3D stickers which are then printed and mailed to the users.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for any photo content you upload to SticPic. By submitting a photo, you warrant that:
- You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the use and reproduction of the photo;
- Your content does not infringe upon any copyrights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of a third party;
- Your content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
SticPic does not verify the content you provide and assumes no responsibility for the legality or appropriateness of the photos you submit.
4. Photo Use and Privacy
We do not sell, share, or reuse the photos that you upload to our site. The photos you provide are used only for the purpose of creating your 3D stickers. For more information about how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Rights to Refuse Service
While we do not police the content users upload, SticPic retains the right to refuse service for any content that we deem inappropriate or that appears to be illegal.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the SticPic service (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of SticPic and its licensors. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes as appropriate, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through our services, or updating the "Effective Date" at the beginning of these Terms.
